The term DX is often heard, but CHANCE Co., Ltd. has leveraged its know-how from managing a real business, a beauty salon, to build a new business in the digital domain. The first initiative in the digital domain, "Alamodo," is a service that connects freelance hairstylists with customers. At Actby, we supported this app from the planning stage through to operation. Because we discussed not only development know-how but also marketing and support systems in a broad manner, we were able to co-develop it until launch.
